Your Business Internet Banking ID and registration number

Your Business Internet Banking ID begins with 'GBHBEU' and your registration number is 6-10 digits long.

If you have recently completed a Business Current Account application, you can access these details at: www.hsbc.co.uk/retrieveapplication.

If you are an existing customer and have just registered for Business Internet Banking or are replacing the current primary user, these details can be found in the welcome letter we sent you.

If you are a secondary user, they will have been provided to you by the business granting access.

Your activation code ��

This will have been sent to you by SMS.

Codes are valid for 28 days. You can request a new code during the user activation process if the code we sent you has expired or been misplaced.

The Primary User is the person nominated by your business's mandated signatories, during the registration process, to have the main access rights and permissions to your Business Internet Banking set-up, and is effectively the system administrator.

All other users are Secondary Users.

If you have misplaced your activation code or if your code has expired, this can be sent to you by selecting the 'Send me a new code' link. Alternatively, please contact the Business Internet Banking Helpdesk.

If you are an existing customer and have just registered for Business Internet Banking or are replacing the current primary user, and you no longer have your welcome letter, ��call the Business Internet Banking Helpdesk and we will send you the required information.

If you have recently completed a Business Current Account application but cannot access you application at www.hsbc.co.uk/retrieveapplication, call the Business Internet Banking Helpdesk and we will send you the required information.

If you are a Secondary User and you don't have this information, please contact your Primary User who will either be able to provide you this or can set you up again via the Manage users menu.

This is the name by which you will identify your business and that will appear on the screen after you successfully log on. This can be a name of your choice and doesn't have to be the legal name of your business.
